Appointments
Appointments should be
made directly with the receptionist by
telephone or in person. If you find that you
cannot keep an appointment, we would
appreciate a call from you at least 24 hours
in advance. This enables us to fill this
time with other patients who are awaiting
treatment. A sincere attempt is made to
adhere to the appointment schedule. However,
some procedures may take longer than
anticipated and emergencies do occur. Thus a
delay in the schedule may develop. Please do
not bring other members of your family to be
treated at the time of your appointment. It
is not fair to the patient who has the
following appointment. If you need an
immediate examination, please call and you
will be seen as soon as possible.
Payment
Info
Payment of your bill at
the time of treatment minimizes bookkeeping,
secretarial, recording and mailing expenses
and ultimately helps to reduce dental care
costs. Please help us with this effort. If
special payment arrangements are necessary,
discuss them with us. For your convenience,
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Care Credit
are accepted. We will be happy to bill your
insurance company for services rendered with
reimbursement sent directly to you. |
