Dr. Ryan Schroeder

Dr. Ryan Schroeder has studied acupressure, radionics, and herbal medicine with Hanna Kroeger and Dr. Francis Houston. Dr. Schroeder is certified in Auriculo Electro Acupuncture, and has studied numerous energy medicine technologies. The past nine years, he has been most active with the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, presently Co-chairing the member's committee and has recently been appointed to the Board of Directors. Dr. Schroeder has also studied with Dr. Hal Huggins in Colorado. Dr. Schroeder is committed to continuing his education, and enjoys traveling and boating.

Dr. Schroeder received a Bachelor's Degree from Albion College in 1970. He received his DDS degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1974. He practiced General Dentistry in Port Huron, Michigan for 18 years. He is a member of the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, the Holistic Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. Over the past 10 years, he has received training in numerous alternative treatment modalities with special interest in the biocompatibility of dental materials. He started his present biological practice in Yale, Michigan in 1995, after completing his studies with Dr. Hal Huggins in Colorado.

Barb

Barb, our part-time dental receptionist has been in the dental field for 27 years.

"Dr. Schroeder has a very caring way with the patients and a good rapport, which makes them feel very comfortable while being treated."

Outside the office Barb's life revolves around her husband and three children. She enjoys going to their sporting events, and when time allows horse-back riding. Her dedication to her family is her primary reason for remaining at part-time status.

Stacey

Stacey has been a hygienist for two and a half years. She is a graduate of Ferris State University. She is passionate about her profession and strives to stay up-to-date with the current trends in dental hygiene.

"I am excited to be working with a dentist who is truly concerned with his patients overall health and can recommend more natural and preventative options" 

In her time off, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog Renie. 

Sheryllin

Sheryllin is a certified dental assistant and has been in the dental field for 18 years. She has been employed by Dr. Schroeder since 1995. Combined with her gentle and caring nature, her skill set is a huge asset to the practice.

"I really enjoy working in an office that doesn't use amalgam fillings."

Sheryllin enjoys spending as much of her off-time as possible with her two children.

Terry Smith

Being a person who embraces the holistic approach to better health, Terri is excited to be a part-time dental receptionist in Dr Schroeder's office. She is an optimistic, open-minded person who approaches each day with enthusiasm. 

Away from the office, Terri's husband and family are most important but she will tell you running a close second are her dogs, horses and cats. She also loves to hunt and fish with her husband.
